Your Week

HomeOur HolidaysYour Week

So many teachers who might be new to running a school or college ski trip will often ask us about the week’s plan; how exactly does the week run, when do we get picked up, when do we do the activities etc.
We have decided to simply put together a simple timeline which represents an average week. As you know, we frequently offer a totally bespoke package but to get a flavour on our most requested services, then look no further…… Parents may also find this page very interesting too!

Arrival Day

After being picked-up at your designated meeting point and travelling to Austria you will be met by your very own Snowstyle representative who will welcome the group, help with the hotel check-in and co-ordinate the fitting of equipment. We will use this time to make sure that the ski groups are checked & lift cards distributed as this saves valuable time the following morning.

Day 2

The most important ski day of the week – Instructors will meet your party at the coach and will already be assigned to groups. We will only need to match the children to the instructor and away they go. With the equipment already labelled, the first morning couldn’t go smoother. It is important to us that our students don’t miss a minute of lesson time on the slopes.
At Snowstyle we understand the importance of keeping our guests occupied during the evening. Of course there needs to be a balance of fun coupled with rest and relaxation, after all, skiing is a very tiring activity. For this reason we offer a comprehensive and flexible evening activity programme. The first evening may include an activity such as Kegeln, a form of Austrian skittles where the group can can play together in teams and get to know each other.

Day 3

As many of our guests are first time skiers we understand the importance of providing a great beginner area to help them with their first days on snow. Your qualified, English speaking instructors (provided through our Austrian ski school partner) have one of the best beginner areas at their disposal.
All of our evening activities will be enjoyed under the direct supervision of your very own Snowstyle representative who will make sure that the evenings go off with a bang. How about some sledging?

Day 4

We believe that the tuition provided is second to none, therefore  the massive 6 hours of lessons per day ensure that our guests get the maximum opportunity to improve. This includes a supervised lunch break, during which time your dedicated instructor will advise you on the culinary delights that the Austrian mountains have to offer. As the week progresses we like to turn up the evening enjoyment with a group activity such as Karaoke or a quiz evening to really bring our guests together.

Day 5

With our unique local knowledge we will be delighted to show you around the area by making use of a number of different ski resorts included on your ski pass. The resort has so much to offer from beginner right up to advanced level and we will ensure that you make the most of your time on the slopes.
In the evening, relax those aching muscles in our Therme swimming pool, complete with both fresh and saltwater pools! There are of course some wicked slides for those who like to live life on the edge.

Day 6

After yet another ski area explored, please allow us the opportunity to congratulate the students on an excellent week on snow by joining us in our presentation and disco night. This allows the group to reflect on the great experiences they have had throughout the week and join our instructor team in giving out some much deserved awards.

Departure Day

Once the students have completed their final day of lessons we ensure that our guests are returned to hotel in good time to shower and have a hot meal before settling down on the coach for the journey home. Your Snowstyle Rep will assist with the equipment return so that you can prepare for the homeward journey stress free.
At Snowstyle we understand that it’s the little things that matter the most. The balance between quality and service. It is this that sets us apart from our competitors in the winter sports group travel market.
