Refund Guarantee:
– Cancellation of the entire group booking for the 2022/23 season only
– Individual cancellations will be subject to our standard booking conditions
– Group cancellations received in writing, up to and including 1st October 2022
– Cancellation will only be accepted if at least one of the following restrictions are in place at the time of cancellation & up to 1st October 2022:
- DfE advice is for no overseas school travel
- FCDO advises against all but essential travel
- Enforced quarantine is in place either at your chosen destination or on your arrival back to UK.
Trip Amendment Guarantee:
Up to and including 1st October 2022 you can also transfer your booking for Winter 2022/23 (coach or own transport) to an alternative date during the same season, or to a date in the following season (Winter 2023/24), giving you total control and flexibility over your booking. If your booking is by air, this can also be amended up to the 1st October 2022 if we have not yet booked the flights. We will consult with you prior to booking flights to ensure you have the flexibility you need. Any changes required after 1st October 2022 would be treated as a postponement and would be subject to availability.
Additional terms & conditions under our COVID Guarantee
Applies only to bookings on our Ski Holiday packages for travel during Winter 2022/23. Requests to amend or cancel a booking under our COVID guarantee must be made in writing from the party leader and received by us no later than 17:00 on 1st October 2022. Amendments and cancellations must apply to the whole group – individuals will fall under normal booking conditions. Amendments are limited to one per booking and are subject to availability and price differentials. Bookings by air, or bookings where we are making arrangements to book flights on your behalf, do not qualify for full refunds under this guarantee after flights have been booked but we’ll contact you prior to booking any flights. Other than the conditions stated in our COVID guarantee, standard booking conditions apply. Your rights under the Package Travel Regulations are not affected.
What happens after 1st October 2022:
In the event that restrictions prevent us from being able to provide the trip outlined in your proposal document, we will offer a refund of all recoverable costs or discuss options to re-schedule your booking.
If Snowstyle Travel are able to provide the trip outlined in your proposal document but you wish to cancel your trip our standard terms & conditions for cancellation will apply.
Entry & re-entry requirements:
Snowstyle Travel will not refund passengers who are unwilling to meet the entry requirements at either your destination or for re-entry to the United Kingdom, which may include proof of Covid vaccination and testing. Snowstyle Travel may offer advice on how to meet current regulations, however it is the responsibility of all passengers to ensure that they meet these regulations before departure.
Contracting Covid 19 before departure or during your stay:
If any member of your party is unable to travel due to Covid 19, we are unable to offer a refund of monies paid. Passengers must ensure they take out adequate travel insurance policies which offer appropriate cover for cancellation. Travel insurance policies should also provide the appropriate cover in the event that passengers contract Covid 19 in resort and are required to self-isolate, self-test, extend their stay or require hospital treatment.
